There weren't a lot of entries in this first contest, but the competition for this title was nonetheless very close.

Margo chose Dawn's Iron Dress as the winner partly because of the gorgeous detailing, and partly because Dawn made it completely from materials on hand. No additional materials or trim were purchased!
